Dr L M Sukhatankar (called as LM) founded Classical Yoga
Lifestyle Institute for Yoga education, research and promotion of Yoga, initially in Ocala and Gainesville, Florida in 1994. He has been teaching in Round Rock-Austin area, Texas since 2008.

The Institute is founded as one of the centers of The Yoga Institute, Bombay, India, which is the oldest organized institute of Yoga in the world with about 90 years of experience in practice, teaching, research and publication. Dr LM was closely associated with The Yoga Institute for over 22 years before coming to U.S.

During last 14 years Dr LM held Classes on regular basis at India Cultural and Education Center (ICEC) Gainesville, India Association and Cultural and Education center (IACEC), Ocala. He also offered Yoga and Meditation Classes at various locations in Ocala and Gainesville. People of all age groups including senior citizens attended classes conducted by Dr LM

He offered yoga courses for Arts in Medicine, shands hospital at University of Florida, Central Florida Community College (CFCC) and Santafe Community College (SFCC). He also conducted courses for senior citizens at various retirement communities.

LM also offers individual guidance and counseling for people with health difficulties. Pictures shown were printed in Gainesville Sun and Ocala star banner along with article on Dr LM’s Yoga classes.
