Well, to be honest, the image of current
AP's building at Kanayakan is not officially presented here. For mean time, this picture
below (AP's yard, Gedung I) is considered enough. If you see the background, you believe
that it's Kanayakan, don't you? :) Make sure if you come, from Kanayakan road, take the
right road. Otherwise you'll end up in the row of the lecturer's houses. We don't
guarantee whether you'll come back healthy wealthy and happy :-)
 AP moved to the
new building on March 1999, and the old building at Gelap Nyawang 2 now becomes the ITB's hospital
In Kanayakan, there are two main buildings, ie: Gedung I and Gedung II. Gedung I has three
floors, while Gedung II (still under development) has four floors. Each floor has its own
bath room with shower, recreation room, and kitchen. There are 10 rooms on each floor.
Each room can be occupied by at max 6 persons (currently only 3)
According to ITB's master plan, all of the first year
of ITB's girl student will be housed here.
As said before, the new home is in ITB's lecturer
housing, Kanayakan. Around 10 minutes by angkot (unless if you trap in traffic jam near
Simpang Dago) to the campus. You need to walk from the dormitory to reach Dago through up
and down road. Or well, there's some short route from behind the dormitory, passing the
rice-field, actually. Or, if you're lucky, hitch one of the lecturer's car that passes (a
true story, honest! :)). Hmmm, the lecturer again, aren't they bored seeing us everywhere?
