Gelap Nyawang 2. This is our old home. Now we're moving to new dormitory. We'll
tell you more about that. Wait. About our old home, yes, it's really an old building. It's
built in 1960-s. So if you think it is haunted, it is! Just kidding! for more information
ask the girls who love to do the last minute learning for the tomorrow test all night :)
The question must be: "Is it a) human b) cat c) ghost?" No wonder if the answer
is probably c or it was the a choice :-)

from
outside...
Seems old, huh? it's intended to get the memory back...
kidding! it's pink inside! |
Anyway, this old building has come through so many years, with different persons.
Different girl-students of ITB, come from the whole
place in Indonesia. Here we learn, and grow together, until the time has come, that's the
graduation time, when we must leave our beloved almamater, and this beloved home.
The magic of this home, is just (as you can see at the top of each page): it is a home
where we all gro(e)w at the same age. Same story, same books, same tests.. It just never
change from year to year. Itulah hukum kekekalan energi ;-)
So many stories have lasted here. So much to tell...
Let's not be too melancholist. Back to the building. Its style is European. High ceiling
and large. There are 16 rooms. Its capacity is 49. One reserved for the incidental
institute's guest. The capacity for every room is different. One room can contain 4 beds,
3, or 2. Six bathrooms, and 6 toilets. One room called "ruang rekreasi" or
recreation room, where we can watch tv, read books, play the chess, do some exercise, and
else.

A dining room, a kitchen, a garage, a study-room, a living-room, and a field to play
badminton or just run around.
(Wait a minute, what is that? Girls, we have guest, and you're still
cleaning the home, sigh...
Please forgive the inconvience, carry on..)
Some like to play volley, some prefer basket, some like badminton, some go to the Lebak
field every friday to do aerobic. Or just simply turn on the tv programme on exercise. In
fact, some sometime be a sprinter every morning when it becomes late to join a lecture. By
the way, it is 5 minutes-run to the campus.
Three minutes to the main way, Dago. Fifteen minutes by the automobile to the CCF to watch
a music recital.
(Pause: pretend you don't see
anything below. They just made up the kitchen)

Located strategically, near the canteen, the campus, the zoo, the park, and the hospital,
too. But the environment around this home is quite silent. (Hmmm, this feeling like a
real-estate agent)
