Foggyton Rumors
- Councilor Sollard Idwin is a LICH!!!! (Letter to Voragern from Falnaar)
- A dark stone tower once stood on the site that Foggyton now occupies.
The Church of Olamir and the Councilor's manor are built from this
stone tower's rubble and from stone in a nearby quarry. (Forthenal

- A large flying beast the size of a barn was spotted by the Sea Splitter
as it made it's way west across the Sea of Horindal towards Foggyton.
The beast swooped down and dove straight into the water creating a
large splash followed by a wave, but never resurfaced. (Glog)
- Far to the south, in the Vast Forest, there is a hidden valley
where the ancient elves of long ago buried their kinfolk. It is said
to contain riches beyond your imagination and wildest dreams. (Ivim)
- The migratory birds that normally stop here during their southern
migration this year have not done so. (Voragern)
- Lobar, the town Lanternboy, claims to have seen shadowy figures
near the docks at night. They seem to walk upright and crawl equally
well. (Glog)
- Beyond the West Wood, about a days ride, there lies the tomb of
a once powerful lord of the olden days. The ruins are beneath a mound
of low piled rocks in the shape of a circle. No one has entered for
fear of the curse that lies within. (Voragern)
- A rowboat disappeared from the southern pier and turned up three
days later with a green slime all over it. Needless to say, the boat
was burned. (Glog)
- The leader of an odd circus that came through town was able to put
people into a deep sleeping trance. In addition to that, it had an
undead skeleton as a sideshow. (Galin)
- Vicious creatures that steal your sight haunt the woods to the
West Wood. (Glog)
- A traveler from the Northlands spotted a huge, many-headed creature
in the grass fields between here and Gwellam. He barely escaped with
his life. (Voragern)
- Crocodiles are more abundant on the beaches near town in recent
years than ever before. (Voragern)
- A large force of orcs are gathering in the West Woods to the west
of Foggyton.
- North of the town of Gwellam, there is an old guard tower that
is home to a crazed wizard named Dalnor. Greed and power took his
life and cursed him to his tower forever, however it is said that
the tower is full of riches beyond belief. (Galin)
- The well water in town near Councilor Idwin's manor turned rancid
for seven days before turning back to normal. No one knows why. (Voragern)
- Several of the town ladies have been catching ill as of late. The
cause is unknown. (Glog)
