Skyline: Lights go on in the skyscrapers.

Plot: After the Cranes lose their reservation at a restaurant, Martin suggests they go to one of his favourite places - the Timber Mill restaurant. Reluctantly Frasier and Niles agree, and the three Cranes set off.

Upon arrival Frasier's and Niles' ties are taken off to comply with the dress code. The brothers are disgusted with the place but don't say so to Martin. But then the menu arrives, where all they have to do is take a steak off the raw meat trolley.....

Coping the only way they know how to in situations like this, Frasier and Niles start bickering about the place. This goes on until even Martin has had enough.....

Subtitles: Shh, They're Here; How Many Sharks Died...?; Honey, Don't; Dinner At Eight; Tim-berrr!

It's Maris!!!: As Niles and Maris were getting ready to go out, she slumped on the bed and sighed. Dinner was "not to be.".

Roz loves..... the guy who made her pick him up, fill up his car and cook dinner. He also has a phobia of "anything sticky".

Martin knows..... Mo Hanson, who was killed in a boating accident, Hank Krinski, who had 3 heart bypasses and Jimmy Berman who died from a "weird disease" that turned his skin yellow.

Trivia: This is the first episode written by Chuck Ranberg and Anne Flett (later Anne Flett-Giordano). Patti LuPone (Pam) also plays Frasier's Aunt Zora in Ep 111 "Beware of Greeks". Mention of Hester Crane.
