Skyline: Lights go on in the skyscrapers.

Plot: Things aren't going well for Frasier - first off he is late for work as someone has parked in his space and he has to walk several blocks. At the video store, the rude staff seem to be serving everybody else except Frasier, and he is unable to get the video he wants. Then when he finally gets home with the video, his new upstairs neighbour, rock star Freddie Chainsaw, starts playing his music too loud. Not even Café Nervosa can provide a haven, as it is just too full.

Frasier and Niles - who has had to hire a "hunchback" as his car is being serviced - wait for ages for a table to become free, A couple are about to go, so the Drs Crane wait by their seats. But a man, Doug Harvey steals the seat - the last straw for Frasier, who picks him up and throws him out of Café Nervosa, claiming he needs an "etiquette lesson".

This makes the headlines the next day, and Frasier is being hailed as a hero. Many people have been inspired by him, including Daphne, who put her red knickers in the washing of someone who had been taking hers out of the machine; and the callers, who each tell of some revenge they have performed.

Anxious to stop all this, Frasier agrees to meet with Doug Harvey to settle things down a bit. But then he hears Doug Harvey is suing him for assault. Fortunately, Niles, who has been jealous of his brother and who has been trying to pick fights with people all day, is able to save the day.

Subtitles: A Little Something For All You Donald Crisp Fans; The Etiquette Lesson; No Actors Were Harmed During The Filming Of This Scene.

Trivia: Return appearance of Paul Cusimano's waiter. This is the first time someone threatens to sue Frasier - he's sued by a guy named Ralph in Ep 130 "Good Samaritan" after accidentally scratching his cars; plus Donny tries to sue him in Ep 166 "And The Dish Ran Away With The Spoon" after Donny finds out how Frasier got Niles and Daphne together.
