Looking through her journals, they find she's written that Frasier has a touch phobia and Niles is dominated by women. They decide to prove their mother wrong and Niles does so by signing the divorce papers and sends them back to Maris.
However later he remembers he sent a letter to Maris begging her to take him back. They go to Maris' house before she gets back to get the letter, but then her new guard dogs trap them inside!!!
Meanwhile Martin is cross because Daphne wants to throw out some of his "junk".

It's Maris!!!.....Skunked: Maris has a picture of her and Niles in the garden, and painted over him with a skunk.
It's Maris!!!.....Pounded: Maris had a long struggle to lose her "holiday pound". She had a tie made for Niles from her "fat pants".
It's Maris!!!.....Pilled: Frasier decides to feed the dogs sleeping pills so he and Niles can get out, but wonders if Maris is out of pills? Stupid question!!!
Martin knows..... the two guys from the precinct who, together with Duke, see Martin walking Eddie, who is wearing one of Mrs Foster's woollen dog coats
Trivia: Mentions of
Hester Crane and Yoshi. It seems odd that Frasier doesn't like hugging, as he's had no problem in previous episodes!!! And it also turns out that Frasier and Niles are named after their mother's lab rats, whom she was referring to in her journals.Read the script of this episode at
