Plot: It's early January 2000, and Frasier meets with Roz in Café Nervosa. After hearing about the party Roz spent the millennium in, she hears about the Crane's turn of the century.
Frasier and Niles are going to an expensive party in Sun Valley (they were originally going to Chez Henri's, but that has burnt down) and convince Martin to come with them. However all the airlines have been booked for weeks and so they have to drive there in the Winnebago with Martin's personalised plate RDWRER (Road Warrior). And so, Frasier, Niles, Martin and of course Eddie set off.
After a while they stop off at an eatery. Niles is tired so goes back to the Winnebago, but accidentally gets into the wrong one. Convinced that Clifford and Betty, the owners of the Winnebago he's in have stolen Martin's, he calls the police. Of course Frasier and Martin are stopped.
Eventually they manage to get Niles back, but they are running out of time. They are in an eatery picking up Niles as the clock strikes midnight, until Martin points out in Seattle it is still only 11pm. It's a race to the next time zone before the clock strikes 12.....
Subtitles: Are We There Yet?; Are We There Yet?; Later The Same Millennium. (and yes the subtitle "Are We There Yet?" does appear twice!!!)
Trivia: This episode was also known as "The Winnebago Show" by some UK listings mags - though why that was I don't know. The Winnebago obviously has a big role in this. Daphne spent her millennium with her transvestite Uncle Jackie in San Francisco. And Frasier, being the snob he is, assumed the airlines would have room for him on December 31st 1999!!!!! First mention of Chez Henri's by the way, and mentions of
Mel who is on a balloon ride with her mother, and Donny who is with Daphne.Read the script of this episode at
