Skyline: A helicopter appears over the city.Plot: It's Daphne's birthday, and the Cranes, Roz and Mrs Moon are at her party. Niles has bought Daphne a holiday to Hawaii as a present, and she's thrilled. Mrs Moon and Roz talk about being dumped, and Roz mentions she was to take Roger, her ex, with her to Wisconsin for her family reunion. Mrs Moon remembers how sad she is about her husband leaving her and goes home crying. Daphne mentions how she'd ike her parents to get back together. That night, Roz doesn't want to go home to an empty house (Alice is already in Wisconsin). Frasier understands, and he and Roz start talking about their love lives - only to wake up next morning in Frasier's bed. The two realise what they've done, and feel strange about it, but both say everything's OK. Roz then says she has to leave to "meet the tile guy" and Frasier finds out Martin knew what happened (he saw Roz's purse had stayed on the coffee table that night). Frasier feels really guilty - has their encounter spoiled their friendship? He tries to call Roz to make sure, but she's already left for Wisconsin. That weekend, everyone is leaving Seattle. Firstly Martin drops Daphne and Mrs Moon off at the airport to go to Hawaii - Niles told Daphne her mum should have his ticket as she was feeling down. Then Martin drops Niles off at another gate - Niles is off to Manchester to find Mr Moon, and then finally Martin drops Frasier off at yet another gate for Wisconsin. At Wisconsin, Frasier arrives at the reunion to find Roz has gone out shopping, and her family thinks he's Roger! When Roz returns, she plays along and finds out and her family are very impressed with "Roger", especially as to how much he cares for Roz. Later, Frasier and Roz talk and make sure everything is OK between them. Meanwhile Martin gets a robo-dog, but the voice activation isn't working. Whilst he's on the phone trying to get some help from the company, Eddie barks at the dog - and it does tricks! Which Martin doesn't see. And in Manchester, Niles finally finds Mr Moon..... Subtitles: And She's The Carrots. Roz loves..... her high school boyfriend who went to college in Boston. And of course, Frasier Crane..... Trivia: Mr Moon makes his first appearance, and Mrs Moon reappears. There's mentions of both Alice and Roz's mom Joanna, both of whom are at the reunion but don't appear on screen, and of course Roger. We finally see Roz's "perfect" sister Denise (mentioned in Ep 7 "Call Me Irresponsible") and her husband Craig, who may not be as perfect as they appear. Other family member mentioned/seen are Aunt Pearl, Cousin Curtis and Great-Uncle Olaf. Frasier and Roz actually "do it" this episode, a big shock to the viewers! |
