This website was coded using Notepad on a PC running on (archaic, but stable) Win98. Illustrations were created in Macromedia Fireworks & Flash MX. p>Aesop is credited for writing the original "Tortoise and the Hare" fable, while millions of translations and adaptations have emerged since then.
