When the race began, the Hare dashed out of sight immediately. He looked back at his opponent who was slowly plodding along. "The Tortoise is so far away," the Hare laughed as he spotted the shade of a tree. "I am so fast that I can even take a nap and still cross the finish line before the Tortoise."
The Hare found a comfortable place to rest and fell asleep. Meanwhile, the Tortoise continued to move towards the finish line...
