Each year, we make a quilt to raffle off. Our members get together, make a quilt, then proceed to shuttle it around to different quilt shops, craft shows, etc. to sell tickets. After all of the tickets are sold, we divide the money between three different charities:
The donation quilt for 2001 has reached the basted stage. Next we are going to take turns hand-quilting it. We were able to put it together at our May meeting, then we basted it together at the June meeting. After we get it quilted, we will have an new picture to show. Get your fingers ready, ladies. We're going to take turns on this quilting process!
