The Stitch-a-Bit Group meets on the 3^rd Wednesday night at Inglewood United Methodist Church, at 7:00 PM. The address for that church is 1737 SW 3^rd St. in Grand Prairie, TX. Currently, the project in work is making lap quilts for senior citizens. Enter through the south entrance off of Marshall Dr.

Another fun event for charity that we have planned will take place during our August meeting. We will be hosting a "Panty Raid" - for the kids that are Kindergarten age up through middle school. Members are asked to bring new underwear and bras for the underprivileged kids in our school system. Any size will do. There are bound to be students that can use any size we care to donate.
