Developer I/II
Job Duties:
Incumbent
is considered generally proficient in subject categories related to automation
and/or
telecommunication
technologies and is expert in at least two specific categories. Incumbent
has
broad experience
in long range planning, capacity/performance modeling techniques, current
and emerging technologies, equipment life cycles, and industry practice
related to the planning of computer systems and/or networks. Incumbent
is familiar with System policies, procedures, rules, and methodologies.
Provides studies, reports, and presentations on System and/or network technical
issues, makes presentations to senior officials and Bank Activities Committee,
oversees Reserve Bank/FRAS development of appropriate acquisition strategies.
Assists in EDP operations
reviews at
Reserve Banks/FRAS.
Special
Training:
The Information
Technology Analyst/Senior Analyst should possess general knowledge of the
Information Technology field and specific knowledge of at least one subfield,
such as HTML programming; information security; Web-based application development;
and project management. The candidate should possess excellent written
and oral
communication
skills. Experience with bank operations and the application of information
technology
to financial services is desirable.
Remarks:
Some travel
is required. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information
Systems,
Computer Science,
Business, or a related field is required. Professional Certification related
to Information Technology is desirable.

Administrative
Assistant
Job Duties:
Incumbent
is responsible for the administrative operation of the Development Section.
Provides day-to-day
supervision over Administrative Specialist, and Support Clerk. Responsible
for the development and implementation of various security-related programs.

Training:
Requires good
analytical ability and oral and communications skills. Requires independent
judgment,
initiative, and tact. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff, set priorities,
and manage budgetary resources.
