Journalling Page
On the following pages are personal pages of journalling,  exercises for you to try and guidance in keeping a journal.  There are many types of journals:  travelogue, diary, personal, spiritual...you can even have a colloge journal, art journal or log book.  Whatever type you use is as individual as the next person.  However you use it is also up to you...a record, a sounding board, a guidance, or even a reflection of your life.  How often you write is up to you, daily, weekly, spontaneously...you set the limits.

I have been keeping a journal since I was fourteen. I use it to record past events so that I can go back and get ideas for my writings:  develop on a character, find an old conversation, or find an idea for a poem.

I hope that you will find something amongst these pages to help you.
