Writing Songs to Meet Cultural Needs

During one session we asked the participants to thinking about needs in their culture. In other words, what are the problems that people in the language area persistently struggle with. As a culmination to the session, they wrote songs that addressed the problems according to God’s word. Some of the cultural problems included: Gossiping Drinking Gambling Witch Doctors Talking to the spirits Fortune telling Horoscopes
