Halloweeen 4 see's the return of Michael Myers!(thank god) It's October 30th, 1988 and Michael has been in a coma for the past 10 years. Michael is being transferred from Ridgemont Sanitarium to Smith's Grove Sanitarium when he wakes up out of his coma, kills the ambulance drivers and escapes. He heads back to Haddonfield after hearing that he has a 10 year old niece, although Dr. Loomis is hot on his trail! As in Halloween 1 Dr. Loomis alerts the town sheriff that Michael has returned home and he must be stopped before a repeat of 10 years ago. After Loomis and Sheriff Meeker find Jamie they head back to the police station to hide her from her uncle (Michael) although they return to find that everyone in the police station is dead. They then take shelter in the sheriff's house but as he always does Michael makes his way in and starts causing havoc. A grand finale leaves Michael where he should be, burried in hell! Although a great twist informs us that evil has only just started, and it has a new face!
