Phoenix Claims Consultants is currently made up of insurance claims specialists and former loss adjusters Michael Walsh ACII Chartered Insurer, John O'Hanlon BSC(business management) and Martin Rafter AIQS ARICS AIPM.

Between us we have over 40 years experience handling all types of insurance claims either as employees of insurance companies, or in a consulting capacity, both in Ireland and worldwide.

We have recognized qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute and other reputable professional bodies.

We are registered to undertake insurance mediation under the European Communities (Insurance Mediation) Regulations, 2005 certified by the Irish Financial Service Regulatory Authority
