Submitted Article 2 : Briefcases
Not much to say here, we all remember the humiliating walk through Barnet carrying a briefcase twice as large as us (age 12) dragging along the ground and the humiliation forced upon us by students from the other local schools - some escalating into serious incidents such as stubbing cigarettes out of uniforms. The intelligent young pupils then feebly attempting to put tennis grips on the handle due to painfully hard hand skin - then by the second year most people pluck up the courage to go against the school and take their equipment to school in a far more appropriate and comfortable bag, which I note a lot of the teachers didn't seem apposed to.
