Please note, I am trying to refrain
from copying 'any old' recipe into these pages. I'd like to
add only those I have developed myself or those I utilize often.
I have a number of cheese recipes that will be added as time
permits. (E-mail me to give me a wake up call on this!)
I had a few folk mildly distressed
that I chose to put goat meat information on the same pages
as my other goat information, so I've moved it to the cookery
(Kitchen) section.
Updates will occur fairly regularly,
so please check back on the 'What's
New' page from time to time. The Meiwa Pie recently added
another way to utilize our wonderful home-grown goat milk and
citrus. Next time you pass the aisle in the produce section
with these tart little fruits, take some home and try this recipe.
