District Governor Diane Sherrington was recently a special guest of honour at Hursville City Council.  She was officially welcomed by Mayor Mick Frawley.

Special guest at the Oatley Lions  Village Festival in recent years has been ABC commentator Ian "Macca" McNamara from "Australia All Over". Macca is pictured  with the students from Oatley West Public School who represented NSW in the Tournament of the Minds competition.
