I'm going to do this with God's help! Keep telling yourself that. Keep your faith. What a word...FAITH!

What's left?.....FAT!
You place your love and hope (i) in (h) him and you have FAITH again, but you are having difficulties....
So you take away the a (ask)
And you take away the h (Him) and what do you get? FIT!
What would your rather be...FAT or FIT?
So place your love and hope in Him and turn to Him in your times of trouble and He will help you through this journey.
