Our family is very excited about the Weigh Down Workshop®!

My husband, Philip ans I are Weigh Down Workshop® and EXODUS from Strongholds® seminar coordinators at Family Bible Church in Oak Harbor, Washington. Our entire family began with our first session in May of 1998.

We have just finished our second WD session together. We were very blessed through-out the first and second sessions and we are looking forward to many more, the Lord willing.

We have created these pages as a source of information and encouragement. You will find here information for our WD classes and much more.

While visiting the WD Encouragement Board, we have seen requests for information about Weigh Down Workshop®, WD chats, WD e-mail support groups and other posts. Some posts and information tend to be requested over and over again.

With that in mind we began collecting those things (and other links). When we find that someone needs the information, we can now direct them here, to our WDW virtual Notebook.

Surfing around the web we have found some really creative and talented people involved in WD with the desire to share in this wonderful ministry of spiritual healing and growth in many creative ways. If you have such a page, link or idea to share, please send it to us. We would love to add it to our list(s).
