Xishanbanna is the city that is next to Mynammar. It has all the topical countries' characteristic, hot, humid, and also full of trees too!

A photo of the street at the local residential area. You can see the palm trees, the style of houses are very different too.

Yes, that's me there, with my blue umbrella, trying to look like the local girls :P hehehe. Not quite.. somehow. But the temple behind me looks very thai style architecture. Don't you think?.

Here we go! I'm wearing the local costume! I look like them now! hehehe The ladies beside me are friends of my mothers and people in the tour :) They also bought some dresses. I didn't buy it just because I want to look like the locals of course, but I didn't bring any summer clothing!!! so I had to ^_^. It was like 25-28 degree! Don't think I can wear my jumper!! I had a great time there, although I was by far the youngest in the tour. Why? because all of the others were married couples some have grandchildren already! hehe :) So I was the one to "look after" them.. err more like they just spoil me too much because I was the youngest and also a vegetarian :P hehe

I was at the Tree park, where there were trees as old as 500 years!. They were huge and you can hardly see the top of them. It really feels like I'm in the national park here :) It was very nice, walking through the trees, and learning about them. Some looked like a human, other looked like animals. :)
