I can hear the wind howling outside. We're sleeping in Plum Orchard Gap tonight, which is a great 3-tiered shelter about 5 miles from the NC state line. They used a helicopter from the aforementioned Army Rangers to help erect it.
We've almost made it through GA without any rain. But the forecast is for rain for most of the coming week. We spent tonight playing hearts with Little Engine, Hair Bear, and Conch. I just learned the game. I'm not going to lie. I'm a card shark.
