Another zero day. Or if I listen to Rusty, no day you're alive can be a zero day. Today is Jed's birthday. We're celebrating at the Eckville Shelter with Norway, Storyteller, Will Scarlett, Batty, Kingfisher, and Lazy the caretaker. Grilling out, drinking beer, listening to the Jerry Garcia Band and Bob Dylan. What a beautiful day to kick back. Lazy saw my shaved head and asked me to shave his, too.

I'm kind of tired from seeing Groundhog as well. He came to visit and we stayed up talking. He definitely misses trail life. We took a quick side trip to the Hawk Mountain Sanctuary, which was beautiful. No hawks though.

Yesterday I saw the Pinnacle, the best view in PA. Gorgeous. Patch-work farmlands for miles and miles. Cooked dinner and took a nap there.
