Application Procedures
An application for the issue of a PPL should be lodged with the PEL Office and include the following documents:-
a. personal flying logbook
b. medical certificate
c. form DCA 528PPL
d. one recent full faced photograph size 25mm x 30mm
e. proof of identity documents
f. qualifying cross-country certificate (if applicable)
g. foreign licence (if applicable)
h. prescribed fees
