My office is located at 4831 West Lane in Bethesda, Maryland. It is about three blocks from the Bethesda Metro Station. Once you turn onto West Lane it is the third house on the left. It is a cream two story house with a gravel parking lot in front. Park in front and come on inside. The waiting room is just past the stairs. There is another acupuncture office right before mine. Just be sure to check the house numbers.

Metro (Red Line) Get off at the Bethesda Station, ride the elevator to the top and you will come out on Montgomery Lane. Turn right (away from Wisconsin Avenue) and walk down Montgomery Lane, cross Woodmont Ave and make a right on West Lane.

East (Silver Spring/Chevy Chase areas)

West on East-West Highway; cross Wisconsin Avenue. East-West Highway becomes Old Georgetown Road. Turn left at Woodmont, pass Edgemoor and make your next right on Montgomery Lane. Make a right onto West Lane.

North (Wheaton/Silver Spring area)

South on Georgia, under the Beltway, past Seminary Road, bearing right to 16th St. and south to East-West Highway. West on East-West Highway; cross Wisconsin Avenue. E-W Highway becomes Old Georgetown Road. Turn left at Woodmont, pass Edgemoor and make your next right on Montgomery Lane. Make a right onto West Lane.

North (Gaithersburg/Rockville area )

South on INTERSTATE 270. Take left fork (Wisconsin Ave./Silver Spring) to Old Georgetown Road exit. South on Old Georgetown Road past Beltway, Cedar Lane Firehouse, NIH, Suburban Hospital to 5-way intersection where Wilson Lane, St. Elmo and Arlington Road converge. Right on Arlington Road. Go three blocks, you will pass Edgemoor Lane, and make a left onto Montgomery Lane. The sign will say “No Outlet.” Make your first left onto West Lane.

North (Montgomery Mall area)

East on Democracy Blvd to Old Georgetown Road. Right on Old Georgetown Road. South on Old Georgetown Road past Beltway, Cedar Lane firehouse NIH, Suburban Hospital to 5-way intersection where Wilson Lane, St. Elmo and Arlington Road converge. Right on Arlington Road. Go three blocks, you will pass Edgemoor Lane, and make a left onto Montgomery Lane. The sign will say “No Outlet.” Make your first left onto West Lane.

South (Little Falls area)

South on Massachusetts Ave. To Little Falls Parkway. Turn left on Little Falls Pkwy., cross River Rd. and continue to Arlington Rd. Past Bradley Shopping Center. Go three blocks. You will pass Hampden Lane. Make your next right onto Montgomery Lane. The sign will say “No Outlet.” Make your first left onto West Lane.

South (District of Columbia)

Take Wisconsin Ave. (Route 355) north to the intersection of Wisconsin Ave and Bradley Blvd. Turn left on Bradley. Continue to intersection of Arlington Road with Bradley. Turn right on Arlington Road. Go three blocks. You will pass Hampden Lane. Make your next right onto Montgomery Lane. The sign will say “No Outlet.” Make your first left onto West Lane.

West (Virginia)

Take Interstate 495 across the American Legion Bridge at Cabin John to the River Road exit. Turn right on River Road to Bradley Blvd. Turn left on Bradley. Continue to intersection of Arlington Road with Bradley. Turn left on Arlington Road. Go three blocks. You will pass Hampden Lane. Make your next right onto Montgomery Lane. The sign will say “No Outlet.” Make your first left onto West Lane.
