Now, I thought I had safely ditched the Sigfile Follies when I was in Winnipeg. As it turned out I couldn't help scribbling a few notes down in the event I ever wanted to bring anyone back. Those few notes turned into a few more notes and before I could wise up and burn them I had a pretty good idea of how the storyline was going to shape up. I had also added someone new to the mailing list, a friend I had made on USENET despite the fact that when I met her she was berating someone whose signature file was longer than their actual post. Being Mr. Smart-ass I pointed out that her admonishment was all of four lines:

So Jennifer made her debut in The Super-Secret Diary of Adrian Mole Aged 28 and 5 months . Having not learned what a pain in the butt writing 25 episodes of rhyming couplets is, my next project was SHAMLET , yet another Shakespearian tragedy. This time however I was trying to juggle the sigfiles with work and while I expected to finish in Mid October it somehow managed to last up to May 3rd 1996. In between episodes there have been assorted uncollected stories and several poems. One day I may catalogue all of these but for the time being they can rest undisturbed in the bowels of my files.
At present I have notes for several other storylines which I will probably get around to telling sooner or later. Right now though I am trying to get the tunes from Fiddler on the Roof out of my head.
And if anyone wants to add some trivia, please mail it to me.
