CS Map Strategies

This section covers the cs maps in Counter-Strike. These are the ones where the CT's try and rescue the hostages and the T's try to stop them, if you didn't know that.

cs_747: I suggest buying close range weapons for both T's and CT's most of the combat will take place in the building or the airplane and both are close spaces.

cs_assault: Depending on what the other team does depends on what weapons you should buy. If the other team comes to you then I suggest long range, but if you go after the other team then I suggest close combat weapons. Also CT's be careful about entering the vent, wait for the right time.

cs_estate: I suggest T's to buy long range weapons to try to pick off the CT's entering the house and I suggest CT's to buy close combat weapons, try and sneak into the house, and use them there.

cs_italy: It's pretty much a toss up here. Some people like to snipe at italy and others try and sneak corners for quick kills with automatics. So I'll leave the choice to you. CT's watch out for T's guarding the house.

cs_militia: I personally suggest long range weapons in this stage. The area's are wide open and even the sewers are long. Both teams need to watch out for people coming up from behind them. With the sewer it seems to happen more often.

cs_office: Definitely close combat weapons for this level. If you camp then use long range, but for most of us who rush use close range. There are so many short halls and corners that you never know when you're going to just have to hold in the trigger and fire away.

cs_siege: This one is kind of a toss up also. If you like to rush then by all means get a close combat weapon, but if you like to wait it out definitely go for long range, cause this level has wide open spaces.

cs_thunder: Depending on which way you go would decide what guns to get. Most of the time though in this level I think it's best to have long range. The area's that are used most in the level are usually wide open.
