Dear Ms. Kobrin, RTC, Friends of XENU, et. al,

I have in recent days repeatedly asked of you and your office to send to me,
via proper and legally recognised means, Canadian Court certified copies of
your purported claims of copyright to the widely distributed and easily
accessible work known as "NOTs 7'.

I have stipulated, upon more than one occasion, my desire not to infringe
upon the copyrights of anyone and my intention to cancel my post:

-upon receipt of proper applicable legally recognised communication from
your clients office. XENU too, requires no less.

I still wish you to clarify, both to myself, XENU, and my ISP why, in
unauthenticated email, supposedly from your office the following misstatement
was included:

The inclusion of the above is one of several indicators this
unauthenticated communique may indeed *not* be from your or even possibly
from your office. XENU advises this and I concur.

I and XENU, hardly think that real lawyer for RTC would not fail to remove
from the message above the claim of the existence of injunctions based on
Trade Secrets. Any lawyer involved in these cases knows that RTC has
withdrawn or moved to withdraw such Trade Secret Claims in the
litigations mentioned, as does any regular reader such as myself,
and XENU, of alt.religion.scientology.

A real lawyer for RTC would know all this, that is why I and XENU,
are leaning towards thinking this may be someone else using your account to do stupid
legal tricks.(XENU thinks possibly some junior trying to arrange for you, Ms. Kobrin,
to be interned in the Rehabilitation Project Force of the Co$.)

Your immediate attention in this matter would be appreciated as it may
save you, Ms. Kobrin considerable embarrassment with your employer
or further abuse of your Netcom account, or a sudden unhappy
change of wardrobe to a uniform gray rag, whichever.

If the original unauthenticated email does indeed originate
from your office and/or yourself I and XENU, would urge you to communicate
with myself, XENU and my ISP in a proper legally recognised manner.

As a Citizen of Canada, where Church of Scientology has recently
had their criminal conviction of the entire organisation here (and assessed fine)
*upheld* by the Ontario Court of Appeal, I have to believe that no one who really
represents the RTC, which is part of the Co$ empire, would send such a
rant/request via unauthenticated email, instead of utilising next day courier post.
This might be considered barratous and still another fine could be imposed by
the Crown upon the woe-be-gotten Church of Scientology.

The Co$ has my full name and address in their OSA intelligence files
so communicating to me and XENU via the proper legal channel of the Post Office
would be a simple feat to accomplish. Rev. Buttnor of the Toronto Org of the
Church of Scientology, whom I visit now on a semi-regular basis, may be of
some help.

In the alternative, a simple Net Search of Canada 411 produces my
singular name and pertinent postal data.(XENU is unlisted.) Any idiot can
accomplish this simple task. Even one such as I, who can barely master a Mac CPU,
let alone someone who is supposed to be a top-flight, tho' internationally
unsuccessful, litigation lawyer for the RTC/CO$.

On the other hand I and XENU, are led to believe Ms. Kobrin that you are
infamous, world wide, for hasty and stupid acts upon occasion, such as
attempting to cancel an entire news group and threatening to sue all the
inhabitants of planet earth who access alt.religion.scientology . I and XENU,
will concede tho' you may have let some junior over achiever in your office
have access to your account.

But I and Xenu are not sure.

Not wishing to see you, Ms. Kobrin, getting into any trouble with either
the Crown or your employers, I and XENU, wish to politely remind you
that you should not let another post from your account, no matter how well
intentioned such lending might be. And, I might add, again at XENUs insistence,
that unauthenticated email postings of this flawed nature sent into the (to you)
foreign jurisdiction of Canada not only do not constitute proper legal notice
of any kind but may lead to Crown initiated litigation for yourself and your
clients the CO$ (for violations of the electronic communication laws for all I know),
in light of the recent court rulings here, should they be proven to originate with you or your client.

Of course, should you, Ms. Kobrin, properly communicate, legally, your clients
notice and incontrovertible proof of undisputed copyrights, if any,
in this matter, I would consider cancelling the post in question as useless
as said gesture would be. I am, after all, a law abiding Canadian Citizen with an
impeccable family history of both service to my country and in law and security enforcement as well.

Lastly, I would point out that, unauthenticated as it was, your post to my ISP
did mention some element of haste for the cancellation of this message. This is
a dramatic and foolish claim as the document "Not 7" is commonly available on
the Internet and indeed currently sold to the public, upon request, at cost by the
Swedish Parliament. However, Xenu and my legal advisors have pointed out
that Scientologists such as yourself ardently believe "what is true is true for you"
and you may indeed believe my cancellation of said innocent Usenet posting may
possibly accomplish the impossible.

Therefore it would seem prudent that you communicate with me, XENU and
my ISP in the recognised legal manner, so as to satisfy this belief of yours that
concealing the "Not 7" material in this manner, might actually be accomplished.

I and XENU are curious tho' to understand why you would think this and
why you have not properly communicated with myself or several others who
also merely replied to the original posting which apparently contained the
"Not 7" material.
