![]() My nutritionist requires me to keep track of everything that goes into my mouth with a food diary. I do not count calories or have any restrictions other than eating a balanced diet and keeping my total fat intake under 85 grams a day. That number is based on a 2,500 to 3,000 calorie a day diet. Please don't think that you can copy me, because my body lean weight is around 330 pounds. That number will be different for each individual based on their optimum daily calorie count for weight loss. I also try to keep my sodium intake under 3, 500 mg per day. That's about a teaspoon of salt per day for those of you scratching your heads in wonderment. I
