Communications Officer
Working within the Communications section of The North-South Institute, the Communications Officer will have the responsibility of assisting in the performance of general communication tasks, as well as supporting the production and promotional needs of the Communications section. Rainy River First Nations' Watershed Program seeks to
hire a project officer to implement its science-based and
environmental education projects and program. As directed
and/or agreed with the Program Coordinator, the project
officer will lead and participate in numerous projects
including solid waste management, fisheries studies,
environmental education programming, summer science
camps, etc. The Project Officer may also be required to
assist the Program Coordinator in administrative activities
such as proposal writing, strategic planning and reporting.
