Advisor Black - Advisor Black is second in command of the Red Ribbon Army. He helps Commander Red find the Dragon Balls until he finds out that all Commander Red wanted was to become taller. After Advisor Black relized this he shot Commander Red and took over the Red Ribbon Army. Later the Red Ribbon Army was destroyed by Goku.
Agent Mai - Agent Mai is one of two of Emperor Pilafs henchmen. She and her partner Agent Shu help Emperor Pilaf try to take over the world.
Agent Purple - Agent Purple is great at martial arts but is still defeated by Goku in Muscle Tower.
Agent Shu - Agent Shu is one of Emperor Pilafs Henchmen. He helps Emperor Pilaf find the Dragon Balls to try and take over the world.
Akane Kimidori - Akane Kimidori is a tomboy-ish character.
Akkuman - One of the four Urani. Akkuman looks like a devil. Akkuman would have killed goku with his technique, the ability to make the evil inside one grow, but akkuman was unaware that Goku had no evil within him so Goku destroyed Akkuman.
Amondo - One of Turles' henthmen, Amondo is killed by Goku.
Android #8 - A Android that looks like Frankenstien, Android 8 is ordered to kill Goku because he had attacked the Red Ribbon Army. But Android 8 did not to fight unless nessacry. So Android 8 joined Goku in the battle and the Red Ribbon Army was defeated. After the defeat of the Red Ribbon Army Android 8 lays back and lives a peaceful life.
Android #13 - One of the Androids created by Dr. Gero's super computers, Android 13 was programed to kill Goku. Android 13 was the the learder of the three Androids. After Androids 14 and 15 were destroyed, Android 13 took their power chips and became Super 13. Goku then went SSJ2 and killed Super 13 with a powerful Spirt Bomb.
Android #14 - One of the Androids created by Dr. Gero's super computers, Android 14 was programed to kill Goku. Android 14 was very powerful but has no sign of intelegence. Android 14 was one who fought Trunks and had the advantage until Trunks went SSJ and cut Android 14 in half with his sword.
Android #15 - One of the Androids created by Dr. Gero's super computers, Android 15 was programed to kill Goku. Android 15 was drunk most of the time. Android 15 helped Android 14 with his fight Against Trunks, even though Andriod 15 was told to kill Vegeta. When Vegeta did come Android 15 messed with Vegeta until he turned SSJ and destroyed Android 15.
Android #16 - As one of the Androids Dr. Gero created in his life time, Android 16 was programed to kill Goku. Even though Android 16 is the most powerful Android he never fights because he is peaceful. But since Android 16 loves life he has no choice but to fight Cell because all Cell is going to do is destroy life, but in all the action Android 16 gets part of his head blown off. After that little battle Android 16 was taken to Capsule Corp. to be worked on by Bulma and her dad Dr. Briefs. Then as Cell is fighting Gohan Android 16 Grabs Cell without Cell knowing that he was coming. As Android 16 thinks he is going to blow up Cell Krillin tells him that Bulma had taken out his self-distruct bomb. Cell had heard that remark and broke free by blowing up Android 16's body leaving only his head. The last thing Android 16 did before Cell stomped on his head was tell Gohan to let his anger out and Gohan let all his anger out to become SSJ2.
Android #17 - As one of the Androids Dr. Gero created in his life time, Android 17 is the most evil of Dr. Gero's creations. Android 17 turns on Dr. Gero and kicks off his head followed stompping on it. Cell later absorbs Android 17 to help him become perfect, and later dies when cell is blown up. Then later on he is wished back and not heard of for awhile. He reappears in Dragon Ball GT when he fuses with Artificial 17 to become Super 17. He once again kills Dr. Gero.
Android #18 - As one of the Androids Dr. Gero created in his life time, Android 18 is the only female Android. She is Absorbed by Cell so he can become perfect. She is later spit out when Gohan SSJ2 punches Cell hard in the stomach. Even though Android 18 is an Android Krillin is in love with her and wishes for her self-destruct bomb to disappear. They later have a daughter named Marron.
Android #19 - As one of the Androids Dr. Gero created in his life time, Android 19 is the weakest Android besides Android 20 A.K.A. Dr. Gero. He is an Android who has to absorb energy. He and Android 20 are the first 2 androids to appear in Dragon Ball Z. Android 19 is killed eaisly by the Big Bang technique used by Vegeta.
Angela - Angela is a girl who loves boys. She sees Gohan in his teddy bear underwear and asks him out on a date. Gohan only agrees because he thinks she knows he is the Great Saiya-man. But like all girls she finds another man quickly.
Angira - One of Lord Slugs hentch men killed by Goku.
Annin - Annin is the Gaurdian of the furnace between the Earth and other diemension.
Aoi Kimidori - Aoi Kimidori is the sister of Akane Kimidori.
Arqua - Arqua is a fighter in the World Martial Arts Competition who faces Goku. Goku seems to be winning easily until Arqua turns the ring into a wet playground. Aqua was still no match, and Goku defeated him. Goku then congragulates him and goes on.
Arale Normaki - Arale Normaki is a robot who helps Goku defeat Commander Blue.

Baba - The sister of Master Roshi, Baba is gifted with physic powers. She usally shows up around when a fight is going on and the TV companies cannot brodcast the fight.She uses a crystal ball to show everyone the fight.
Baba-Dee - Baba-Dee is the son of Bibi-Dee, the creator of Buu. Baba-Dee is old looking but very powerful. He has the power to turn one Majin, to make the evil stronger then the good inside ones body. He is the one responseable for bringing Buu back. Buu later became tired of Baba-Dee and killed him.
Bacterian - The only person in Dragon Ball that does not bathe. He is really weak but if you get a wiff of his arm-pitts or breath watch out. But Krillin defetas him the World Martial Arts Tournament.
Bardock - Father of Goku and Raditz. He was destroyed by Freeza while trying to protect his planet! Before he was being killed he lost his whole crew and had a sudden change in heart. He later then could see the future. To bad it was to late for him.
Bebi - Bebi is the last of the Plants, not like a plant but the race from Planet Plant which was then called Planet Vegeta. Bebi was made from the Plant king's DNA. Bebi was created by Dr. Myuu, but Bebi killed him. His only goal in life is to kill all the Saiyans, peaceful or deadly. Bebi's power is unique because he can controll minds. But since he can only take over there mind if he gets through a cut or an opening his power is limited. Bebi takes over the whole planet except Mr. Buu and Mr. Satan. Bebi is most known though for taking over Vegeta to form Bebi Vegeta, a very powerful Villian.
Bee - Bee is Mr. Satan's dog. Buu Found Bee and was wondering why Bee did not run away like humans did. Later he found out that Bee's leg was broken and he healed it. Bee from then on was scared of no one and loyal to Buu.
Bibi-Dee - Bibi-Dee is the creator of Buu and the father of Baba-Dee. Bibi-Dee was killed by Kaioshin after he was forced to hide Buu Away.
Bido - Bido is one of Bojack's. Bido is the strongest Henchmen but is easily killed by SSJ2 Gohan.
Bio Warriors - The Bio Warriors were created by Jaga Badda. The Bio Warriors were created for the sole purpose to kill Mr. Satan and would have succeded if it was'nt for goten, trunks, and Android 18.
Blueberry - Blueberry is one of Frieza's henchmen looking for Dragon Balls. While searching he finds Bulma and forces her to tell him where any Dragon Balls are. Bulma tells him that tones of Dragon Balls are at the bottom of the ocean. While at the bottom of the ocean he thinks crab eggs are Dragon Balls but then he knows it was a trick so bulma could get away and the crab killed him.
Bojack - Bojack is a very power villian. He was trapped inside a star until Goku destroyed King Kai's planet. With his freedom he took over the World Martial Arts Tournament. He Defeated Trunks, Vegeta, and Piccolo and then went on to fight Gohan which was a big mistake. While fighting Gohan, Goku got Gohan to go SSJ2 so then Gohan Defeated Bojack.
Bongo - Bongo is King Gurumesu's Muscle Built Fighter. He is also very loyal to his master. He is defeated by Goku.
Bora - Bora is the father of Upa and the Protecter of Karin Tower. He was killed by General Tao but later restored by the Dragon Balls.
Boss Rabbit - Boss Rabit is the leader of a gang that terrorizes a city. He has the power to turn people into carrots. He is stopped by Goku and forced to make marshmellow bunnies for all the kids in the world.
Bra - Bra is not the thing that supports womens breasts, but she is Vegeta and Bulma's second child. She is not that important and the only thing useful she can relly do is control Ki.
Brolly - Brolly is the Legendary Super Saiyan who's power as a baby was 10,000. Brolly only comes to Earth to get revenge on Goku because when they were little all goku did was cry and ruined Brolly's sleep.
Bubbles - Bubbles is a Money and King Kai's pet. Bubbles is the first step in King Kai's training. Since Bubbles was use to the gravity on King Kai's planet a student would have to catch him to be trained.
Bujin - Bujin is one of Bojack's Henchmen. He has psychic abilities but is kille dby Gohan when he Goes SSJ2.
Bun - Bun is the leader of an invisable-like ship. He and his crew hate Frieza because of what he did to their homeland.
Bulma - Wife of Vegeta, mother of Trunks and Bra. She is very stubbern and annoying. She has a big mouth but is very beautiful for a anime character. She created the Dragon Radar, Bleeper for DB fans, which is used alot in Dragon Ball.
Burter - A member of the elite Ginyu Force. He was killed by Vegeta on Planet Namek. He was one of the 5 of his members trained by Freeza.
Butter - Butter is one of Krillin's Opponent's in the 25th World Martial Arts Tournament. He is defeated by Krillin.
Buyon - Buyon is a fat monster defeated by Goku in Muscle Tower.

Captain Chicken - Captain Chicken well he is a chicken, loser, wimp what else can I say.
Captain Ginyu - Captain Ginyu is the leader of the Ginyu force. He along with all his men underwent traing with frieza. His move is Body Change which explains itself. Trying this move many times to become more power he was tricked into becoming a frog which he would be the rest of his life.
