Super Piccolo :
Well he is not really called Super Piccolo but yet his name is unknown. This fusion is made by Piccolo and Nail. He is the first fusion in Dragon Ball Z.

Gogeta :
Gogeta is the fusion of Goku and Vegeta. This Fusion is one of the strongest and Gogeta reaches SSJ4 in Dragon Ball GT. This fusion character comes appears many times in Dragon Ball. Gogeta is also mostly controlled by Goku. He is able to seperate back into Goku and Vegeta on comand or if Gogeta runs out of energy.

Gotenks :
Gotenks is the Fusion of Goten and Trunks. This is a very powerful fusion and Getenks reaches SSJ3. Both Goten and Trunks have innocent hearts so no one can tell who is in charge of the body. Like Gogeta he can seperate in to Goten and Trunks on command or when wiped out of energy.

Vegetto :
Vegetto is again a mix of Goku and Vegeta but this time they used fusion earings. The earings were meant for Goku and Gohan to fuse together but Buu ate Gohan so Goku and Vegetto fused. This fusion looks cool and does not wear a fusion vest. He is like Gogeta and Gotenks and can seperate the same way.
