Guidelines
for Joining IDE.
1) You must agree
to the member guidelines.
2) You must demonstrate minimum role-play standards before at
least one member of IDE.
3) A member of IDE will then bring up your nomination before the
rest of the group.
4) A vote will be taken by the whole membership of the guild, then
you will be informed of our decision and a brief explanation, if
applicable, for your rejection.
Guidelines
for getting and maintaining highlighting with IDE.
1) Your guild must have a webpage. This page should detail the
rules, standards and purpose of your guild.
2) Must agree to an appropriate level of consequential play. You
and your guild must make some effort to build into notable events
(usually relating to battle and it's aftermath) reasonable and
significant consequences. Specifically, we do not want constant
PvP for no good reason and with no obvious effect on either guild.
3) Agree to avoid flames, flamewars or other disrespectful OOC
public correspondence. You of course are free to contribute to any
public board, but do so with humor, respect and/or reasoned
arguments. Debating is not flaming. All issues should
be handled by the appropriate guild leaders and should not be made
a public spectacle of.
4) Must abide by clear separation between the actions of our
character and those of the player.
5) Have a specific individual to whom we may bring grievances.
6) Make Role-playing the priority for your guild.
7) A vote will be taken by the whole membership of the guild, then
you will be informed of our decision and a brief explanation, if
applicable, for your rejection.
8) Unsolicited highlights will receive, at best, a cursory
investigation and will be rejected without comment unless there is
overwhelming reason to accept. This is not the best way to
go about getting highlight; contact the stone-controller for your
best chances.
9)
If your guild has highlighting with Byz or Rom, your chances of
being granted highlight privileges with IDE will be greatly
reduced.
