Brody Boyd 5'10 155 pound combo guard from Dugger Indiana. Was the leader in scoring in Indian last season averging 31PPG.  Size and Strength are concerns, shooting is not.

Ryan Hogan 6'3 190 pound  2 Guard from Deerfield Illinois.  Transfered from Kentucky.  Averaged 3.7 ppg in minimal minutes.  Is a decent shooter.

Jared Reiner 6'11 240 pounds center from Trip Soulth Dakota. Huge recruit for Steve Alford, will give the hawks some inside force.  Averaged about 20 PPG and 11 RPG.  Could be a posible 4 year starter for the hawks.

Courtney Scott 6'6  240  pound power forward from  Lansing Michigan.    A great body for a power forward.  Just needs about grow about 2 inches or so.  Plays high school ball with teamate Marcus Taylor, who is one of the most highly touted players in the nation.

Sean Sonderleiter 6'9 225 pounds center from Des Moines Iowa.  Averaged 17 PPG and 12 boards for Des Moines Christian.  Game needs some work if he is to be a big ten player.  Reshirting is a possiblity, but with the hawks lack of  deepth in the front court don't count on it.

Glen Worley 6'7 205 pound small forward from Iowa City Iowa.  Averaged 23 PPG and 11 rebounds last season.  Won a 4-A state title as a  sophomore.  Wants to play the point forward for the hawks.  Proably the best recruit in the hawks 2000-2001 class.
