Hello! Okay, here is the fanfic contest, which will be over soon (hopefully). I haven't made the awards yet (I will make them though) but I'll try to do that soon and get the stories judged. I will post winners after they are decided on. No more new entries please. I'll have another contest later on though.
Rule #1: I'm not a big grammer freak, or spelling even. Just try not to get the accents too out of hand and keep it readable please.
Rule #2: Okay, I don't really mind cussing to be honest. I know that if you want a story to be realistic there is going to be cussing most likely. (When people get angry they don't call each other meany heads and say shucky darn in the real world, and yes I know there are people out there who don't cuss at all, but in my opinion, newsies aren't those kind of people, and I think my opinion counts for something considering I seen it with my own ears :) when I watched the movie.) All I ask is that you don't go too far. I mean, you don't have to have every other word as a cuss word throughout the whole story, it's not neccessary.
Rule #3: Please don't have any excessive violence. I don't mind fights and everything, those are fine, but not like, um... super violent bloody gory stuff. Same goes with um... you know, if you choose to have someone in your story who happens to be rather promiscuous, or accidentally ends up in bed with a guy, do not, I repeat, do not go into detail. If someone else wants the details of everything that happens, they can use their imagination, I don't want to read it.
Rule #4: Judges cannot enter stories.
Rule #5: Stories do not need a certain theme and there is no limit to the number you can send in right now.
Rule #6: You have to know how to play Whiz, Bang, Pow to enter.... j/k, you don't really have to do that one, I just thought I'd make ya panic. :)
