This is our list of the 50 best albums of the 1990's that do not appear in the 1990's Greatest 1000 Albums list. In other words, these records were ignored (for the most part) by critics. Hopefully, in time, these records will get their due. If not, then at least they'll be treasured by the Jumping Fences crew, our pets and a lucky few who have been fortunate enough to digest their individual qualities. Blah, blah, blah...here's our list (in our order of neglect!).
