*has to laugh* Look at her. Claire was totally hamming it up for the camera. I swear, she was somber-faced, and then I pulled my camera out and she was like, "Eeee!!" and grinning and being cute. This was on Halloween. Our whole fam went out to lunch together before the Halloween Parade at church -- we were going to watch Claire together in her cute outfit. But so, Claire was just lovin' the attention during lunch. ;)

Claire wants more food. But isn't that cute? With her arm around Kris like that? I just think it's adorable. :) They were giving her little pieces of garlic bread, lol, and little bits of alfredo sauce. Of course, she loved it...

...as this picture so CLEARLY shows! Look at her. She loves that camera. ;)

Baby's all alfredo-y and happy! It's also always cute to see Kris so happy with Claire when she's like this... you can just tell that she's living up every moment with her. lol, although Kris hasn't been enjoying Claire's separation anxiety lately and calls her a "whiner" -- which is more hilarious than it sounds typed up, believe me. :-p

Baby butt! *cough* What? It was cute. :-p Hehe, this is Claire in her Halloween costume. She was a fairie with green wings. My mom wanted me to get a picture specifically of the wings so this is that picture.

But I think this one is cuter than the last one. :) I love it when Claire's all happy like that... and isn't she just a doll in her outfit? :) And yes, that's the back of Uncle Bill's head in the shot.

Claire had a fascination with Judy's camera for some reason. She still does actually. This Sunday she was going off with the camera. She tried to get mine too to play with, but sorry Claire, I ain't about to let you play with my new camera. Especially when I paid for it with my own money. Uh uh. I'm cheap. :-p But of course, Judy doesn't mind her playing with the little instant cameras like that that she buys.

*laughs* She's so cute. ;) She'll get all happy and cute all of a sudden and want to hand the camera back to Judy. Of course, a minute or two later, she's back stealing it away but it always gives Judy the opportunity to at least get a few shots taken before she steals it again.

*grins* Claire got her own purple balloon. At first Kevin was holding onto it, and then he devised a way to hook it up to Claire so that she couldn't lose it when she let go. He wrapped the string around her waist and tied it, with enough let over so that the balloon (if let go) would float just a couple of inches above her head. The cutest thing though was when she'd let go and the balloon would get behind her arm somehow, and lol, she would twirl in circles trying to grab it until it finally came loose and she got it, lol. It was the funniest thing. Oh, and look at the curls in the back... da baby's gonna have curly hair. Yet again another reason why she looks like me. :-p

Da baby with da balloon again. She so loves having the balloon within reach at all times. Hehe.

Daddy and baby. :) Although this was when Claire was winding down from the Halloween party. I think she was done with it. No more smiles, no more running around, she was just like, "Okay, seen it once, seen it all. Let's go. I'm ready to go home now." ;) Sure enough, that's what they did. Shortly after this picture they went home, and so did we. 'Cause yeah, the party was kinda lame and we're not gonna stay if Claire's not there. :-p

This was taken just last Sunday. I was trying to use up my film so I could get the cute Halloween pictures developed. I really wanted to see her in her tutu, hehe. Unfortunately, Claire wasn't a happy baby on Sunday – she didn't have her nap before church or in the nursery, so she was really whiny and separation anxiety-like. The only person she'd go to really was Judy. And even then, she'd start crying after a couple of minutes and want to go back to Mommy. So that's why Claire's not too smiley here for awhile.

There's my mom trying to entertain Claire to keep her from crying. She'd get a few smiles out of her, because I think Claire already realizes that's "Crazy Auntie Susan" emphasis on the crazy part, lol... Mom can usually get her to smile when other people can't, myself included.

And here's me trying to entertain her, lol, and apparently I didn't succeed because she turned away just as my mom took the picture. My necklace usually does it, but alas, Claire was more interested in Judy's eplets – pulling them off and giving them as gifts to me or my mom ("Gee" was said each time, lol).

Hee! I'm so glad I caught this one. For some reason, Claire got a burst of energy and was happy running around. She was far away looking over at us, and she raised her arms up like so and I took this picture. So cute. And by the fact that she's lookin' at the camera? You can SO tell she's hammin' it up once again, hehe.

And lastly, here's one more of Claire and I. *laughs* You should have seen me going, "I'm going to chase you!" to her and her giggling and running around the room...and me quickly realizing "Yeah right, I'm going to chase you, me and my gimp knee." :-p *laughs* You know it's pretty sad when a baby can run quicker than you can and is easily going to outrun you. ;) I was lucky in that she ran to Judy and that's why I was able to catch up to her and grab her up. lol, of course just a second or two after this picture, she started crying again wanting Mommy so I didn't get too much time with her, but that's alright... Oh, and aren't I cute? LOL, what? :-p I hadn't worn that top in a long time (the things you find in your closet when you have nothing else to wear 'cause you haven't washed yet) and I did my hair cute, and I just felt cute. So of course I'd mention that fact. I always do. :-p

And that's it. I'm sure I'll have some more Claire pics sometime. Who knows when, but sometime. :) Hope you enjoyed Claire and her cute Halloween outfit. :)
