   Do i always update my site everytime i go snowboarding? probably. So i guess i should elaborate. Snowboarding in Whistler was amazing. thx to k and r for making it such a great weekend. and the sun definitely added to the perfectness of the weekend. is there such a word as perfectness? Saturday was all green runs on Whistler. And Blackcomb Sunday, BLUE baby!

   Thanks to R, i was finally able to watch Battlestar Galactica the 2003 miniseries remake. What can i say, it is now my favorite movie. although technically its not really a movie but a miniseries. It has Vancouver written all over it as well, which makes it even that much more enjoyable. And whats even better is that the greenlight has been given for the tv series to be filmed in vancouver this coming April. Definitely something to look forward to. I'm not quite sure what it is about this movie, but it must be all the characters and interaction with each other that draws me towards this series. The f-x are amazing, and probably some of the best i've ever seen. everything just looks so realistic. and last but not least, having strong lead female roles is definitely a plus for me. *sheepish grin* Starbuck is my Hero! she's so 'frakkin' amazing :)

   There's this massive spider hiding in the corner of my kitchen. it really looks like a black widow. absolutely disgusting! i think my 'bestfriend' (the vacuum cleaner) and rick will join me in the hunt to kill...

   I'm going to attempt to update this blog a couple times a week. that should be good :) and i love what aydenn has done to her site by adding a 'comments' section. i'll have to figure out how to do that too.

01/27/04 - 1250am

   I'm finally updating my site. So what do you think? Simply BLUE. i got the idea from Jrok that the dark blue is called 'Canucks' blue. i like that. i think i'll color my camaro canucks blue as well ;)

   Well i had an awesome weekend. it started off by going to the NICKELBACK concert just this past Friday the 23rd. Its definitely been a long time since i've had that ringing in my ears last all evening. But it was definitely a great experience. i'd have to say the coolest thing was when my 2 best buds hoisted me up on their shoulders while chad kroeger panned the crowd with his camcorder. apparently that footage is going to be in their next concert dvd, so he says. we'll see :) Thanks K-squared.

   So what did we all think of Cypress snowboarding? i'm sure our bruises explain everything. ahh good times. Jrok, excellent effort! and Kev, fast and speedy as ever. Dee, always improving! good job you 3! Rick and Nye, i think we deserve some pats on the back =) thumbs up.
