Up in the Catskills of New
York in the quiet little town, (yes ... there are quiet little towns
in New York), of Stanfordville is a family 'Dude' resort called 'Roseland
Ranch'. It's a 'full-blown' wannabe cowboy's dream! There's horseback riding,
comfortable rooms, a shooting range, archery, swimming, sauna, pony rides
and petting zoo for the kids, a huge arcade and food .... food you say?
The best home cookin' East of your Mother! And Dominick makes sure the
food just keeps on comin' (urrp! Oh, excuse me...I'm still stuffed!).
The ranch mainly caters to an onslaught
of 'weekend city slickers' but we had the entire ranch to
ourselves
for
nearly a week!! Owner, Chickie, and her entire staff made
these
'out-of-towners' real comfy and at home and we had the vacation of our
