Provincial Platform What we
stand for and want to see. Open books and open government. Government Financial transactions would all be transparent, above board, and open to anyone who wants to look at them. Full accountability all the time. Nothing hidden, no back room deals. Health care. Revitalization of health care, reduction in waiting times, reduction in user fees. Working with health care professionals to insure Universal Health Care is there for everyone. Poverty. Increase the minimum wage, increasing social assistance payments, and lowering of personal income taxes. Working with the cities and federal governments to eliminate this deadly social disease named Poverty. Development of a inter government Poverty task force to deal with poverty and homelessness. Environment. Implementation of tax incentives for business and home owners to upgrade residences and buildings with environmental friendly technology. Protection of natural areas for future generations by working with major stake holders to conserve parks and natural areas. Innovative technology. Upgrading Government buildings with environmental friendly technology. A comprehensive look at putting Solar panels, fuel cells, new insulations and other such technologies into government owned property. Real Economic diversification by setting up new industries such as the hemp industry. Cities. Sharing surpluses with the Cities in a comprehensive formula that makes sure such funds go towards improving the infrastructure and fighting poverty. Working with municipal governments to make sure the Provincial resources are there for those Cities that need access to such resources. Rural. Sharing surpluses with Rural communities in a comprehensive formula that enables the family farm to exist and prosper. Revitalization of the agriculture communities through real economic diversification. Law enforcement. Restoring the serve and protect to law enforcement through non-enforcement of antiquated Hemp laws and elimination of Photo and Laser radar trapping, though provincial transfers to police departments, and creation of a provincial police force if necessary. Budget. A comprehensive study of the budget and elimination of all waste, perks and expensive privileges. Restoring the lotto funds to general revenue with open book policy on where the money goes.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE
1. One must be of
the minimum age of 18 to consume marijuana or grow marijuana, 2. Anyone of the proper age or circumstances can grow in any way shape or form, or consume as much as they want in any way shape or form, 2a. as long as it is not commercially sold in any way shape or form, nor conflicts with any other law proscribed to protect people from harm. 3 Commercial grown and sold Marijuana will be controlled by the Alberta Marijuana Control Board, hereafter known as the (AMCB) 4 the AMCB shall consist of a panel of 3 to 7 directors that shall oversee and be responsible for all AMCB operations. 5 AMCB issues commercial grow licenses. There shall be two types of commercial licenses. One issued for stalk and seed crops and one issued for medicinal quality flowers. 6 Medicinal quality Licenses are only issued to individuals, not corporations. 7 Commercial Medicinal quality grow license limit is 100 kilograms per year. 8 AMCB issues seed stock or list of places to obtain approved seed stock for commercial licenses. 9 AMCB buys, inspects, grades and packages products grown by commercial medicinal grow license holders. 10 AMCB also distributes medicinal product to Marijuana Retail Outlets and Hemp Cafes. 11. AMCB also licenses Marijuana Retail outlets and Hemp Cafes. 11a. AMCB can at any time revoke a license issued under these regulations. 12 Alcohol in any way shape or form is not allowed in the same place as Marijuana. Businesses can sell one or the other, not both. Marijuana retail outlets cannot be established within 500 meters of an alcohol outlet, and vice versa. 12a first offense: conviction for contravening 12; $250,000 fine and suspension of license for six months
for non compliance.
Hemp stalk and hemp seed. The Marijuana Control board would buy all hemp stalk and seed at set
prices determined by the board and relative parties. Funds would be established to implement hemp industries threw the Alberta stock exchange, and other such ventures.
