Woohoo! The Donnas have announced several European Festival dates for late August and have added a whole new set of U.S. tourdates for the last leg of their Turn 21 tour!! With a promise of a new setlist and new merchandise, who can go wrong??? The DONNATOURDATES are all updated so check 'em out and see if The Donnas are coming to your hometown. For your sake, I hope they are.
Next, wow, The Donnas.com official e-mailing newsletter issued it's first edition this week!! Filled with tour details and a "Name that Newsletter" suggestion contest, we're in for something special. I promise ;). To get in on the fun, sign up for the list at TheDonnas.com. The mailing list sign up is at the bottom left hand corner of the main page!!!

The Donnas are officially home - and just in time, too! Today is the lovely Donna A.'s 22nd birthday!!! Best of wishes to you from a little fan on the internet ;)!!!! Why don't YOU stop by The Donnas.com messageboard or guestbook and wish her a wonderful one??

As far as site and Donnas news goes... The Donnas aren't done with their Turn 21 Tour - just this particular leg of it. There will be more U.S. dates in the fall (more info to come)! Great news for UK fans; as of right now, The Donnas are scheduled to play the Reading and Leeds Festivals in late August. No, it's not a late April Fools joke, there really is a site update! I've been working hard throuought the site w/o an update (in case you haven't noticed!) on turning everything 21 (like the new addition to the banner!)! Here's the lowdown.
Today, I finally finished the DonnaLyrics "What Did She Say??" Archive - completed with ALL Turn 21 lyrics. Yay! The DonnaLingo Dictionary has expanded with Turn 21 terms, though still growing, the Donnas/DonnAttack!! F.A.Q. is updated completley for your boiling questions, and of course the Get Some Stuff - Donnas Merchandise Style Archive has turned 21, as well! Not to mention there are about a million other things I'm still - and always - working on. One day you'll see that I'm really *not* all talk!
As for Donnas updates, check out the column to your right, since I've really kept that up, and The Donnas.com! Check out the contest for European fans from Epitaph - it's a great giveaway!! And finally, I'd love to wish The Donnas a cheery WELCOME HOME, DARLINGS!! as of March 30, 2k1! The red, white and blue would never be the same w/o you.
The updates will be more... um... updated. Just keep rockin, and don't forget to BLAST Turn 21 in your car... show the world what REAL rock IS!!!!

I've got a ton of things in the works. Tourdates are updated (The Donnas are touring Europe starting April 15th!), lyrics for Turn 21 will be up soon (Are You Gonna Move It For Me? and 40 Boys In 40 Nights are posted), The DonnaLingo Dictionary will have new entries. I'm working on 2 brand new features - DonnaSnakz and Donna hors d'oeuvres - misc. Donnas trivia about their music and them! Donna E. cards are still on their way, and the site is currently about to Turn 21 itself. As the sacred donnaday has passed, a new one comes our way. The release of the long-awaited Turn 21 is a mere 12 days away AND counting... boys and girls, I couldn't be more excited!!!! As of today, I have taken down all the birthday celebration... I hope you all downed your favorite candy and blared your Donnas albums EXTRA loud for the Big C. and the Big F. for their 22 years! As for site news, I just would like to share w/you the title graphic I made for Ana the DONNAholic's page, Rab Rab Donnas Tab! She liked it! I'm SO HAPPY. I love you, Ana!

And finally, today, all I have to offer you is something that Lisa the DONNAholic has shared with us: an online review of Turn 21 from Rolling Stone.com. Make sure that you save the page so you can rate and review it on JANUARY 23! Wahoo!

Today is a holy donnaday... the day in which not just one, but two Donnas were brought into this world to rock our socks off. Here's to DONNA C. and DONNA F. - happy, happy birthday sweethearts... may your candles burn ever bright!

And of course, a brief Donnas update - The Donnas.com has announced that they need extras for the video of their Turn 21 single '40 Boys in 40 Nights'. Hey guys! Welp, no current Donnas updates, but I just wanted to let you know that the DonnaDiscography has finally been completed and in an *almost* perfect state! You should check it out and let me know what you think... Also, it came to my attention that my guestnook was out of order! Oh no, Geocities has done it again >:0. So, I went out and I got a new one. It's a newer format, but in the longrun probably a heck of a lot more reliable. It'll never be as cute as the old one though... alas. You can always view THAT one here, though. So, make sure to stop by and check out the new revamped guestnook! Madame Leota will be glad to see you...

There has been much-talked about rumors that Donna F. will have an online 20 Questions interview with Metal-Sludge Webzine - and I will confirm w/you that it's true! It will be posted on their site as of January 23rd (the same day that we Turn 21! YAY!). I'll remind you guys... just in case. For this information, I would like to thank the sweet Caseyy.

And here's a little reminder: On January 8th, 2k1, Donna F. and Donna C. will be turning 22!! Looks like January is just the birth month of some BERRY special people (*ahem*)! Birthday celebration at The DonnAttack!! starts as of January 6th... make sure to bring your party hats!

I know that's not much news today, guys, but everything is usually kinda quiet before something INCREDIBLE happens. And you know what happens in exactly 18 days (and counting...). Hold on tight, and I'll talk to ya soon...

The Donnas.com website: message from Donna A., their Turn 21 single, "40 Boys In 40 Nights" is starting to get radio airplay (find stations you can call and request it at HERE!) And the new website also has a new messageboard. But here's a tip: don't talk back to the losers. They're exactly that. Next, at The Donnas Lookout! Records site, you can find 2 new features: a Japanese Tour Diary written by Molly Neuman (with pictures!) and you can also download a new mp3 from 'Turn 21', Are You Gonna Move It For Me?!! Download and read! And be HAPPY - because Donnas things rule - typically!

And now for Donnas news:
The Donnas are in 2 January edition magazines this month (thanks to DONNAholics Josh Cretin and Mike!): AP and Interview. They're Turn 21 reviews (and raving, too) and each features a lovely picture. Reminder: Less than a month till we TURN 21 with The Donnas! And less than 2 months before we get a chance to start seeing them live again! I love being a DONNAholic. It makes my world go round!! I love Christmas, but it's totally torn me away from The DonnAttack!! Ack - I'm back though, no worries. I spent a wonderful 2 days w/some awesome people though. They know who they are! Anyhow back to the donnalove - I have major news! The 'Turn 21' tour dates have arrived! You can see if The Donnas are gonna rock your town under the DONNATOURDATES! It's a beautiful thing! Next, on The Donnas.com you can find out that The Donnas are casting for some hot boys for their "40 Boys in 40 Nights" video. Read more about it at the site. If you go and are in it, I wanna hear all about it! Maybe MTV will feature it on "Making The Video". Yay! Hehehe... That's where it's at, donnasweethearts. More news always to come. Hi! I'm still working in a lot of things - around Christmas time, things are a little crammed for everyone. But I have a few things to tell you! The Donnas have returned home safely from their 7 day publicity tour of Europe. Yay! Welcome home, sweeties. Secondly - due to recent ignorants - if you don't like The Donnas, please don't come here. I don't want you here. This site isn't PUBLIC as of my discretion - like it says at the top "in honor of The Donnas AND their fans." If you don't fit in either of those fields... shoo. Yeah, thanks.
