GEM IN THE SUN-
This is the motto of the Menad Railroad Systems.This motto is a reference to the location of MENAD Railroads Systems which is Bowen, Queensland, Australia. The motto is derived from a former descriptive title for Bowen - Gem of the Coral Coast. To keep some remoteness from the actual location of Bowen for the fictitious MENAD Railroad Systems, the phrase "Serving the Gem in the Sun." was coined. In real life, Bowen is truly a Gem in the aspect of the environment, being blessed with beaches, reef, tropical waters, dry climate, fruit crops, and many other enticing aspects. "In the Sun" refers to the fine tropical sunny weather we enjoy. The MENAD Railroad Systems is a fictitious Railroad running around the Bowen region, using details from Bowen and Queensland in it's makeup. These points add to the base charm of the Railroad, scenery wise, and help place some identity in the overall picture.
