The last suppper - my last night in Minneapolis.  We had a work dinner down at Nicollet Island Inn.  Bloody cold.  I think it was about 10F (approx -10C), but it could have been anything from -5F to 20F.  Horse drawn carriage rides in the cold of the night.   These Americans are crazy people!

Me and a cape they provided to try to keep us warm.  I managed to live through my stay without buying gloves, scarf or a a real hat, but I regretted it!

The mighty Mississippi just north of Minneapolis - before it winds its way down south to the Gulf of Mexico.  Still bloody big eh?

8 July 2000.  Dinner at Jo's apartment.  Grace, YT and Jo.  There is another photo taken with Pete, but I am not allowed to put it up on the web page.

  I managed to get them out on blades - sort of....  She looks really happy right?

  I little spill I had on my blades.  It's now 11 days after that and I still look like a hero.
