Now Under The Direction of SDJ Pageant Productions!!

The Miss Black America Pageant has set forth the following rules regarding titles:

Titles are awarded on a first come, first serve basis.

The first applicant to complete all of the required steps for entry, will be awarded a title first.

Applicants may represent the area in which they reside in, attend school in, were born in or are employed in.

Ethnic based titles are not allowed.

City/State nick-name titles are allowed (I.E...Miss Black Show Me State)

Titles will not OFFICIALLY be awarded until acceptance of title and $100 deposit has been submitted.
