Career Testing

What is it?

Through self-assessment tools and guidance from the facilitator, you will leave the session with information on what types of careers you are interested in pursuing, what Meyers-Briggs® type you are, how you learn best, what areas you have skill and/or ability in and what areas you don’t. Each session is approximately eight hours long.

How to sign up?

You must register yourself in a session. There are about eight sessions per year. To find out about upcoming dates, contact Assessment Services at the University College of the Fraser Valley, (604) 557-4006. You will be told what, if anything, to bring to the first session.

You will be given a reference number and will need to contact the Admissions and Records (A&R) department to register and pay for your session. If you call A&R, you will have to pay by credit card. If you are unable to pay by credit card, you can go in person to pay by cash, cheque, debit, etc. A&R have offices on the Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Mission campuses.

How much does it cost?

The fee for this service is $150.00 per person.
