Her Favorite Dessert (prep time approx. 45 minutes)
1 box brownie mix 2 boxes Andie’s mints 1 bag frozen raspberries 1 can whipped cream Fresh mint sprigs 1 pt fresh raspberries if available- Place 1 Andie’s mint in the center of each plate and microwave or set in warm oven to melt for 1 minute or till just melted.
- With a toothpick, start in the center of the melted mint and pull out to outer edge of plate to form a star pattern. You can place plates in freezer to harden chocolate or leave warm.
- Bake brownies following directions on box. Try to spread brownie mixture evenly.
- While brownies are baking, puree thawed raspberries in blender or food processor
- Melt 3 broken Andie’s mints in a measuring cup w/ a pouring spout and pour in cavity of fresh raspberries
- Drizzle puree on bottom of plate with hardened chocolate star in swirl pattern.
- Place brownie in middle of plate.
- Top with whipped cream & mint sprig.
- Place chocolate filled fresh raspberries around brownie on plate.
