English teacher assistants

We are in need of English speaking volunteers for helping local teachers providing English lessons to Peruvian students at public schools . The students are aged from 6 to 20 years old and are at different levels of English language ability.  Volunteers will work from Monday to Friday. 4 hours per day either in the morning or afternoon. 

An average of 20 pupils will attend the classes . The students are very co-operative because they really want to learn and improve their English. Your will primarily be supporting the teacher and will not be required to conduct classes. It’s important to explain that students and the schools involved do not pay any money for the volunteers participation.

 Minimum term of commitment is 1 month.
